13th Annual - 3v3 Summer Kickoff

Dear 3v3 Soccer Participant,

It is with heavy heart that we must cancel the 3v3 Summer Kickoff this unlucky 13th year.  A number of factors have gone into this decision.

The facility we normally use is giving us push back as to the number of fields we need and the amount of playable space they have to offer us for our event.  The issue is the amount of rain we have had in the past few weeks and in anticipation of more wet weather to come this week.

A second factor is after a switch to local league schedules and rainouts many of our normal participants are playing end of season or make up games this weekend so we are short teams in several key age brackets.

We decided to make this call now rather than later so you all can make other plans for this weekend and for us to get an early start gearing up for next year.  We will look to moving the event out one week to June 10 to resolve the league conflicts and I think we can all hope the wet weather subsides next spring.

Thank you all for supporting the 3v3 Summer Kickoff.  All of your money will be returned to you in full.  We thoroughly enjoy this event and wish this was not the case.

Saturday June 4, 2016 - All Day

All checks must be in the office by Tuesday, May 31
at 5pm to be included in the tournament.

You’ll love the fast-paced, high-scoring nature of 3v3 soccer games. The matches are played on small playing fields with 4 x 8 foot goals and no goalies.  If you have never played before, no worries. It's easy to pick up and learn, even for the little ones. We do our entire tournament in one day, so games will be played between 9:00am - 6:00 pm for the Saturday-only event.

If your check isn't in the office, your team is not registered.  Click here to Apply,

We will have a training night at the Rainbow Soccer Complex - South field on Wednesday, June 1st at 6pm.

If you are interested in being a referee please be at the Rainbow Soccer South fields at 6:30pm on June 1st for training.  RSVP to mike@rainbowsoccer.org.

We are an affiliate event of the Kick-It 3v3 Soccer tour and the top 3 finalists in each of our brackets can move on to the Regional Championships.  Eventually, if you do well at the regionals, you can compete in the 3v3 National Finals at Wide World of Sports at Disney World in Orlando over Martin Luther King weekend in Jan. 2017.
